After several days the "LOAN SERVICING COMPANY" send the client the payment booklet for the payment of the TRUST DEED INVESTMENT. The client sends the funds to the LOAN SERVICING COMPANY who then forward the funds to the Investor either designated address or banking account via DIRECT DEPOSIT.
